We work Monday - Thursday

9am-5pm. 

We make efforts to provide concepts and revisions to the Client within the timeframes agreed upon in initial consultations. If we are experiencing higher work volumes, your design will be scheduled for the soonest available design time slot, and you will be notified at the earliest possible time.

Communication

All Communication will be via Lucia Creates App.

We will not answer via text message.

We make every possible effort to ensure designs

are original, clearly, and legally distinct.

Content

Content for all graphics must be complete to begin the project.

A folder and document are given at the beginning of the project, the client is responsible for content unless otherwise discussed.

Content 

Clients must submit their revisions in writing by email. Revisions are agreed upon in initial consultations. On the occasion the Client requests drafts or revisions that go beyond the scope of the original quote or rate, Lucia Creates reserves the right to charge an additional hourly rate upon informing the Client that the request will incur an additional cost.

Delivery

Lucia Creates will deliver all final file(s) once the final payment is made.

 
Rush Orders

All services excluding logos and websites have a turnaround time of 4-7 business days. If you wish to rush your project we now offer 2 timeframe options below:

  1. Same Day - 50% upcharge (Must be put in before

9 am and approved for same day)

2 . Half the Time - 30% upcharge (Guaranteed 3 days on

Deposits
All projects over $700* can be started with a 50% deposit.

All deposits are non-refundable, the balance must be paid in full before delivery of the final design files.

 

Payments

All work remains the property of Lucia Creates until final payment is received.

All projects under $700 are to be paid in full before the start of the project. 

* All rush orders must be paid in full at the time of the order.

Online payments are processed securely using bank-grade SSL encryption.

All invoices are payable on receipt. If not paid in 48hrs the invoice will be canceled.

Delinquent Invoices

After 7 days delinquent a late payment charge equivalent to 15% of the outstanding balance is applied to all Client invoices, without exception. If the Client remains in default after 7 days, an additional 10% of the outstanding invoice balance is applied as a late payment charge.

If the Client remains in default after 30 days, we will issue a final warning by email before turning the account over to a third-party collections agency or appropriate legal authority.

If a Client’s payment is charged back to us by way of credit card fraud, cheque fraud, or other crime, we will issue a final warning by email before turning the account over to a third-party collections agency or appropriate legal authority.

Clients are responsible for all late fees and costs incurred for reporting to collections. If collection efforts are unsuccessful, we will engage the client in litigation to collect the debt, and all copyright will remain with Lucia Creates. The Client will forgo all rights to use Lucia Creates designs in a manner, and legal action will be taken to enforce this policy.

All work is custom to the client, there are NO REFUNDS!

A project shall be considered abandoned after 10 consecutive days have passed since the last communication received from the Client. In all abandoned projects, deposits are forfeit without the option for reclamation. Any renewal of the project after termination will require a new agreement, fee schedule, and deposit.

By using the Lucia Creates website and/ or engaging in business with Lucia Creates, you consent to the terms specified above. Lucia Creates reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

This web page will reflect the latest Terms and Conditions. In the event there is a discrepancy between a digital or printed version of these Terms and Conditions and this web page, the Terms and Conditions on this web page take precedence.

In the event that a Client’s Terms and Conditions conflict with those out here, this web page shall be considered to be the authoritative one, unless a separate contract has been negotiated and signed between Lucia Creates and the Client.
